Fields Of Gold

From sunrise to sunset but the golden hour in particular, better known as the magic hour for photography. The Mulleavy sisters played with diffrent times a day by working with a palette diffrent shades and created thus a calm, relaxed and harmonious atmosphere.
This countrygirl of the prairie doesn't avoid sheer, folk elements and a long silhouette. The cornfields were evident in the form of printed, long, silk dresses.
The models looked great with their sunset face and loose braid.

P.S. I Love You

The woman of today knows no boundaries. A good starting point to build a collection around. The idea of the collection began with a road trip in Sante Fe, where they were inspired by Native American blankets. They decided to make their own prints on the computer with the blankets in mind. There is perforated, woven and draped. Great fabrics, great prints and a great vision for fall!

Rome was the setting for this wonderful editorial. Wouldn't mind having the red blazer on the first picture and can I have the beautiful gold ring with pink stone of Kara by Kara Ross, please?

Balmainia

Spanish temperament and eighties overload, that were the keywords of Balmain's new season. There was a lot of David Bowie and glam rock at his best. If it was up to creative director Christophe Decardin, then we wear next season embroidered jackets, powershoulders, cut out tops and glitter suits. The surprising thing was that the biker jacket was not present.
And my thoughts are with the people in Japan, let's pray for them!

The perfect combination of American cool and Parisian chic with a hint of Navajo. That means a lot of fringe, embroideries, furs and printed dresses. But everything with the French attitude: that means covered up but still sexy. 'Look at me but don't look at me!' said by Tommy Ton.

There is never one way for Riccardo Tisci, designer for Givenchy. He made a big statement about duality this season with panthers and flowers. On the list for fall 2011: college/bomber jacket, PVC, some nice knits, sweaters and of course sheer!
